Night Vision Need help identifying this unit

I got this Night vision monocular and it doesn’t have a manufacture name in it. Do any of have an idea who makes it? It’s heavy and the body feels like cast aluminum. Any input would be appreciated thanks

Cosmicar lens on it is Japanese made.
