Long story short. I need help getting 300 dollar deposit back on a dirt bike deal I ended. Dude blocked me on face book and his phone. Location Victor Idaho..
The 300 i wired from USAA to his meth smoking ass. Just couldn't get it shipped. And as time progressed it felt wrong. Guy had to borrow money from his mom to pay cell bill. I had expenses with kid and hospital. So wasn't feasible.

Anyway. I'm filling complaint with AG. And realize it's gone. But principal is principal.
If you're in that area let me know. Have all information.

Looks to me like he 'ended it' due to lack of delivery from seller, with a multitude of excuses. I'm sure you'd end it too, given the same scenario.

Yeah, I stopped buying from SouthWest Ammo once I saw deliveries getting fubar. I ended the dirt bike deal simply because it was nearly impossible to get it shipped to Texas for less than 700 bucks, and, his neighbor was gonna put it on his flatbed when he had a run coming this way. But each time, there would be an excuse as to why he didn't put it on his flat bed. So I used Uship to find a shipper. However, during that time it became apparent to me, that this guy was being flaky. I was hesitant about wiring the balance, figured a 300 loss is better than 3000, and just hoped it would be legit when payment time and a shipper came around. Then I had a bill for my son with the hospital, so I ended it. Shit just wasn't meant to be.
