I saw a movie a while back on t.v.....I think HBO, about a kid who bought guns illegally, made a suit of armor from mail order metal, and made an elaborate plan to go on a killing spree in his town, then executed his plan, by just walking down the street and killing whoever he saw. I have no idea what the title of the movie was, and was hoping some of you movie buffs could help.
