I need a semi-auto rimfire. That I can attach an IR laser too. This will be used for night time coyote hunting. The more powerful and larger magazine size the better.

What distance? What sights or optic? (i get the laser, but with the drop of a 22lr, Im skeptical of success.) Ill guess you need a threaded or threadable barrel. Is weight a big concern?
My coyotes come in at about 50-100yrds (70avg) with the varying distances they provide I, personally, would perfer a 22 magnum.

CZ makes a semi 22 mag. Not sure how easy it would be to attach IR though... You could look into a red lense kill light and mount it over your scope. Good luck and I hope you find something that works for ya.

You could go with a Remington 597 22 magnum. Easier to locate than either a Volquartsen, Magnum Research or a used Ruger 10/22M. It's also cheaper than any of those as well.
