I just recently started a build back in January and someone asked me a question I didn't even think about until later. "Are you going to shoot it suppressed or

unsuppressed." I had no idea how loud it would be. After doing some homework I have narrowed it down to these two. I understand they both offer a quality product but

what I am looking at is not just quality but also customer service.

Feel free to voice your opinion I'm all ears:cool:

Both cans are excellent. The customer service from both companies is also top notch. I have sold several of the TBAC .338 cans and a couple of the SF .338 cans. Every purchaser has had zero complaints.

Zak from Thunderbeast and Garin and myself from Surefire are all regular posting members and shooters on this site so from a customer service standpoint you will get taken care of if you ever have a problem. Good luck with the choice and purchase. If you have any Surefire questions go ahead and pm me.

I have 3 TBACs and 2 SF cans. Both Mfgrs make a good product, support their customers, support matches, and post here. I think you will be happy with either.

I have direct thread TBACs. They have minimal zero shift on standard contour 24" barrels (0.1-0.2 mils down) and have no detriment on accuracy.

My SF cans perform exactly the same, actually. 2 different cans mounted on 3 different rifles and all combinations had a 0.2 mil zero shift down. Accuracy was unchanged.

It's good to have options.

I shoot my 338 lapua through my Surefire 338BA exclusively. I love it, when shooting out in the open I don't use earpro. As per the customer service, Surefire I can personally attest to being top notch.
