to my fellow shooters......i could use a helping hand. i really want to start shooting competitively but the ranges i go to only go out to 200 yards. i leave in the Chicago area and was wondering if anybody could point me in the direction of a range where i can start shooting at longer distances....the only one i know of is not open to the public and a membership starts at about $350. any input would be much appreciated.

You should complete your profile listing where on our planet you live, then post the samething in the Members Link Up, somebody lives and shoots around where you live, you'll gain a shooting buddy along the way.
