I am looking for a new scope i have a Remington 700 sps varmint in .223. I have a 3X9 redfield but it isn't quite what i want i am intrested in shooting 400-500 yards. i think i want something with mil dots so i can start to learn how to use them? thanks for lookin

Not much money=Super Sniper 10x (Hard to beat for the money)
More money= 3.5x10x40 or 4.5x14x50 LR/T Leupold
Even more money=NF
Sky's the limit= S&B,USO,Premier,Hendsoldt.
The SS fixed 10x is a good scope and will do what you want to do with it. Pick it up, it's inexpensive. Make sure you mount it to your rifle very well (Good base and rings). Start shooting your ass off. Get into handloading if you can.
This info is just the starting point.
