Its almost that time of year when funcle Doc sends the guys some Christ-mass gifts.

This summer they spent the evenings watching some movies I thought were appropriate. Some of the tag lines upset their mama when they wouldn’t quit.

I think the one they enjoyed most were:
-Sandlot
-Rookie of the Year
-Little Rascals
-Little Giants

Pretty much any kind of “little boy” film where they could see themselves as the characters.

Oh wise Sage of the BearPit, I come to you again seeking knowledge, what “KID THEMED” films should I introduce next?

During that time in my youth, I saw everything from "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" to "Billy Jack."

And the original "Vanishing Point."

A good movie for Christmas

The dirty dozen.
Patton.
A bridge too far.
Sergeant york.
Midway.
Back to the future.
Heat.
I saw Alien mentioned, always a good one. Really enjoyed the AVP and predators spinoffs.

If you're shooting for educational, the matrix.

All the Clint Eastwood spaghetti westerns. Just about anything john wayne.

TV was better during my childhood than today.
