Not sure if it helps you or not, but KAC has finally gotten the wrenches back in stock if you are considering buying versus renting/borrowing. See here:

As with all things KAC, the price is just stupid, but if you are going to have KAC URX rails in the safe, it pays to have the wrench handy for those time when you need it.

Not sure where bowling green is but I have one, can't send it out though as I need it when I finish coating the upper, but I'm just off us24 about 45 minutes or so from state line in Ohio, if you want to use it at my shop.
