Re: TAB gear failure
Ok, so when you have a problem witha company...contact them first. If they don't resolve it, THEN post a thread about it. Just posting that you have a problem with a product does not engender the best response from the company (rightfully). Now, I know Tony, and he is a total stand up guy. He will absolutely make things right for you, but you are DEFINITELY not on his favorite persons list right now because you just dumped a bunch of negative feedback on a very popular website without giving him a chance to fix things for you first. Normally, this post would not be too big of a deal, but in light of another recent post, where the OP completely trashed TAB before giving them a chance to respond to his issue, this is coming off very bad. Were I you, I'd probably delete the post till after I got hold of Tony. If not, I'd edit the title so it didn't use the word "failure" because it has yet to be determined if the gear failed because of a product flaw, or an installation flaw, or maybe you just strung some rounds a little too close together. "Failure" is just kind of inflamatory and in the context assumes that your TAB suppressor was defective. I'd say "Have an issue with my TAB Gear" or something like that. Next, I WOULD contact Tony and allow him to try and help you out.
He is a great guy and will go FAR out of his way to ensure that his customers are satisfied.
