Remington does not make these anymore. They only made them 1998-1999 I think. So far I really like it. I haven't got to shoot it much but I've got .5 moa at 100 yds.

The one I was looking at is on Gunbroker. Its a VLS heavy barrel.

Nice, I love the 260, I have one built on a Rem 700 and I just picked up a Creedmore I am having rechambered in 260 on a stiller action. Cant wait

Heads up, the tensioner on the Caldwell bipod gets really weak over time.

Don't torque it on too hard, it'll bend the metal and snap!

Congrats...You're really going to love that round! Wish I had focused my attention to the 6.5mm class of rounds much sooner than I did.
