I did not exhaustively search, but one option is BCM (Bravo Company). You can check for a complete rifle, or separate upper and lower. There is a lot to choose from. http://www.bravocompanyusa.com
edit: Make sure you read the descriptions of items. Certain products may not come with handguards, bolt carrier group, and or charging handle.

Try Windham Weaponry. They are pretty much bushmaster before bushmaster was bought by Freedom Arms Group. A friend of mine has one and he loves it. Not much quality stuff you can get for less than $1200 but if you look hard enough you should able something to fit your needs.
