FWIW, I've been hit by cars twice, had three broken legs, blew up one knee twice and had the ACL replaced with a strap of patellar tendon, plus I was born crosseyed and had remedial surgery when I was about two. Really. People who know me know this. I still shoot competitively, and not in some "special place" with my "special friends".

Fraud. Fake. Charlatan. Poser. Stealing valor does not make it yours.

Tell ya what, come an shoot a Run an Gun in Feb. with this 62 year old has been. I've had Knees, Nose, Fingers, Ankle, Wrist, Neck, Lower Back, Pelvis broken, and now it's a Cancer fight. If I can still show up an shoot 10-12 comps a year, at my age while on Chemo, you can to.
I might come in last, but even that still puts me ahead of those, that never show up anywhere, yet always beat their lips about their shooting abilitys.
Some folks pull Avitars out of their ass, some don't.

I really don't know what your gig is, but trying to B/S your way here, is not making it, at all. Normally I can get a good read within 8-10 threads, you seem to be an exception, my read is, there's paper on you somewhere.

I knew that a guy named Piston Pete would question my service on the internet, so as a young SPC in the 173rd PIR, I took this picture. This way I wold have something to post on the internet at a later date when this premonition came true.

lol this is an odd thread now. i was just flipping through some of the posts from 499 big bore on the other site, and apparently piston pete has a few .499 firearms, and is a retired machinist, wow this guy has done it all folks. We should all pay thanks to pete and stop heckling him so much. Maybe we can make a holiday for this guy. Official "Piston Peter" day, 4.1 also known as april fools day. Lets call it foolish pete day.

i use the rainier .50s but their jacket is just plating and very thin, the Hornady and Speer are just too darn...

My Colt Delta Elite A2 w/16" 1:7 twist barr. is a blue label, bone stock rifle with a Trijicon TA01 4x scope on it. With LC SS-109 ammo it will shoot just under 1" at 100 yards, with hand load's it will shoot 1/2" at 100 yards. The gun is all mil spec Colt. (Doesn't even have leather seats)

I bow to the shankster... your e-foo is indeed impressive.

Pistol Pete will join us soon; he has to be debriefed after stopping the bomber in that flight near Detroit. He was on Top Secret assignment assessing the merits of the new Counter-Counter Sniper which internet sources have deemed to be the only thing that can stop a Counter Sniper. Luckily for all of us, the mission was in England where he saw a young Nigerian man strapping a bomb on his body.

PP then discreetly snuck onto the plane through the baggage door and worked his way through the inards of the plane utilizing a map of the plane from <span style="text-decoration: underline">Air Force One</span> that he had stored on his Dick Tracy wrist watch TV (complete with Blue Ray) and made it to the main cabin via the galley. After many evasive maneuvers around the drink carts, our hero finally was able to tackle said potential terrorist and save the day.

You will probably never hear about this on the news because it is classified, but we all owe PP just a little more.

Just thought I would post my .02 cents to the OP of the thread. It was mentioned in an earlier post that you should step up your trigger and I have to say that I concur. I have a stock Bushmaster and have recently had the oppurtunity to compare my stock trigger with one of Rock Rivers 2stage NM triggers. I must say that the side by side comparison was a difference of night and day. The RRA 2 stage NM trigger is by far worth every penny (120.00 but if you look hard enough you may find them a tad bit cheaper).
