I agree. My issue is that I grow tired of having to constantly battle for my God given rights. The government has grown unchecked and need to be reminded of who they work for. I get it, I admire your spirit, I encourage it. However, why should we have to do Jack shit? Again, the 2A is pretty fucking clear and it’s supposed to be a check in the gov, not the other way around. I’m going to continue calling and emailing and all this bullshit but I cannot be the only one getting tired of this nonsense! I already work so damn much I don’t get to see much of my family and friends and pretty much all the off time I get I’m trying to fight for our rights in some capacity. That leaves me no time to actually get out and enjoy life. I’m constantly chasing my tail on shit and am getting super tired of having to spend my free time fighting the fucking king when I’m supposed to be in some sort of bullshit free country. Yes, I’m getting pissed. I’m tired. Do we have the right to keep and bear arms or not? It really is that simple. They like to say you do then dance around and claim but it can be with restrictions and blah blah. Nah, again it’s crustal clear. Anything other than being able to own is an infringement, period. I don’t care what the kings men say or the USSC or whoever. It’s a God given right. End of story. So tired of this. I damn near want to sell everything so I don’t have to worry about it anymore and I can enjoy life, but I do enjoy shooting, when I can. How can it be published in the Federal Register? Doesn't it have to be made a rule or policy before it's entered into the register?
My interpretation of the proposal is that engraving of a PMF would indeed need to be done by an FFL, and not your local trophy shop, sign guy, etc. It explicitly states that the intention is to create a traceable record.
This was written to be clear as mud on purpose, just like all ATF BS. It‘s meant to be that way and will force court cases that only benefit the Feds.

Have you read the requirements for your comment on the proposal? Name and address and has to be in a certain font and size or it will not be considered.

Got to get all my full auto ar-16 and my m-15 and so how do I get them to do all that stuff I read about in the news without touching it? Mine must not be true black assault rifles. There not killing black guys? Or protesters? Or cops?

I did as well but I doubt our comments have any impact on the decision to pursue banning the brace.
No I don't think they care, but I'm going to let them know that there's still plenty of us out here who do. If they think they are going to get a bunch of resistance they will back off. Our best hope is to keep them thinking that until we can get someone in office who will make some progress on securing our rights. We've most likely won our last election in 2016, but I'm going to at least let them know how I feel about it. If everyone that claims to support the 2nd amendment would do that, we wouldn't be hearing from them for a good long while.

They’ve already forced most people to take a vaccine that they may or may not want. They starting to pressure many companies to force their employees to get one. If they can do that, steal an election and so forth then they can get people to turn in their stuff. It’s a sad state of affairs. Many think it’s already over.
