Guy's,

I have been struggling with a proper bag to transport my big girl back and forth to the range. The AIAW in 338 lapua is long, and I was having trouble finding something that the barrel would not hang out of. I could have bought a drag bag, but I didn't want the bulk of one, and too many pockets for me.
I contacted Scott at Sunrisetacticalgear.com, his name on the hide is Sunnyside Scott. We had a conversation about my idea for a rifle bag. He told me no problem. He sent me a sketch of what he was thinking. We got a plan in order, and 3 weeks later, my new rifle bag was on my doorstep. Gotta like santa in the big brown truck.
I had Scott make up 3 straps to hold her down, and the one side is all Molle to accept the straps.
This is one nice bag, plenty of padding, double stitched, super heavy zipper, grip enhanced straps, what else could you ask for. Cost was very reasionable, and all US made by a Veteran.
Scott, thank you for your service, and thank you for a quality bag!

I will not tell you guys how much, due to my wife has me on a strict spending freeze. She also looks at my SH posts.
I will tell you, that for custom one off, made in the USA, rifle bag, it was a deal. I gladly would do it again, and I plan on going back to Scott for other items in the near future.

Thanks for the kind words, and that Bad ass rifle is a perfect fit in that custom bag.
Fellas the bag is 1,000D nylon inside and out with 1/2" closed cell foam and full Molle panel inside as per the customers request. I also backed the Molle with 18 oz truck tarp as I knew it would have to support a heavy rifle.
Silverbullet-2 thanks for the opportunity to make this for you.
Scott

Nice job!

The interior is very similar to the UK issue Arktis bag I had when I first got my AW.

That also had two full length rows of mounting points. A great feature for a rifle bag....

It was cheap too....only around $150 at the time
