New build. What am I forgetting?

Well I finally have 99% of my parts for my build. But I've already found something I forgot to order (Trigger pins). Here is the list of what I have ready to go. Let me know if there is something else I'm missing.


Action - Bighorn Arms S/A Tactical w/ 20moa rail and recoil lug
Barrel - Kreiger standard palma 8.5 twist (thinking 24" or 22" threaded for can)
Trigger - Huber Concepts 2 stage
Stock - Manners T4a with mini chassis
Scope and rings - NXS 3.5-15x50 with American Rifle Co. M10 rings

Caliber will be 6.5x47 Lapua shooting the 130 VLD's

Muzzle brake? Or not. Should be a great rifle. You will love your Bighorn.

Thats going to be a very nice rifle when it's done. You'll love that stock.
Here is the the 6.5x47 Surgeon version of your rifle. Call it a long lost twin. If I could change one thing on mine, I'd have went Standard/Medium Palma. I do not like this M40 profile. It's way too much barrel. I'd keep it at 25" long for as much velocity as possible.

That is a nice looking build. I absolutely love my Bighorn/Chanlynn combo.

I also forgot trigger pins when ordering everything for my build. Luckily I had a Rem 700 in the safe that doesn't get shot very often, so I stole the pins from that so I could get her put together.

Thanks everyone for the help. I'm trying to not forget the little things that go into a build. What's the little parts that you can think of that are easily overlooked?

I won't be running a brake. Since I got my can I haven't fired a round without it.

I use a rear bag, Suppressor is a direct thread mount.

I use the bikini covers that came with the scope, bubble level is already on the scope, and I will probably rob the tab sling off another rifle.
