Rifle Scopes New bushnell XRS3 has illumination!!

    Just got this email…. I’m excited. Hopefully it’ll trickle down to the dmr3

    Why the fuck and how the fuck are they advertised and marketing new scopes when they can't even answer phones from paying customers for months. There's people who need warranty services that either never find a way to make contact with an actual human at Bushnell or get blown off when someone does answer.

    Why? Because new scope sales pay the bills.
     
    I’ve enjoyed my Bushnells but it’s a bummer to hear about recent CS issues. I am curious if the new coating they’re highlighting makes a noticeable difference or not.

    Since I need a new scope, I may pick one up. The price is right with the uncle sugar discount and others that come close in that range don’t really have a leg up on customer service either.

    What discount are you seeing? I get .mil from them but this scope doesn’t have a price difference for me. Says $1899 if I’m signed out or signed into my account
     
    I had a XRS3 6-36 and wasn’t impressed at all. Ran it against a few other scopes and the glass was not up to par with others in the process range so I ended up selling it. It not having illumination as a negative for me too. Will be interesting to see what they upgraded on this new optic.

    Also after it taking 3 months to get ahold of them to just fix my account after they changed their site their CS is in definite need of some work. Glad they have a new scope but not sure I would jump right in at this point.

    I had the same issue, getting my account set back up.. Took a good while to get an email response. I could never get anyone on the phone.

    Exactly. I called multiple times and never could get anyone. No matter the time I called I always got a recording saying they were not taking calls. Sent multiple emails and messages through the site and finally got an email back 3 months or so later. Not good and wouldn’t be happy if I was having a scope issue and got that treatment.

    It's not good but at least they are still answering old backed up emails. Most places I wouldn't expect a response after 3 months.

    How fucking retarded. It’s 2025.

    Bushy CS is horrible. I’ll continue to say it every chance I get. WTF anyone would continue to buy from them is beyond me. DMR 3 tunnels also so there’s that.
     
    Well I guess that’s one way to look at it. lol Most places I would expect them to answer their phone or answer an email in a day or two. 😉
    What I mean is if I don't hear from a place in 2 or 3 days. I assume I am never going to hear from them. If they are trudgeing through CS emails that are 3 months old there is genuine effort to get to people at least it would seem. I have not used their CS in a few years. It used to be fine.

    Yeah I gotta agree. Tried to get a hold of them over the summer and got no responses. Thankfully it was a non-issue that I figured out but really made me sour on the bushnell experience especially when it’s their higher end optics.
    Me too. Will NEVER buy another bushnell product again just because of this. No thank you. AND, I tell everyone else I know to do the same. Keep fuckin around and not hiring people to answer the phones and see what happens.
