New Female member from TN

Hello everyone, I am new to rifle shooting and my friend bogeybrown basically insisted I join the Hide He said there are some VERY knowledgeable and helpful members here. I am working on my first precision rifle project and welcome any and all suggestions that any of you may have. I look forward to getting to know the Hide Community and gaining the much needed knowledge to help me progress in my new adventure. I will apologize in advance for any NOOB mistakes I may make as I am just starting out with this.

Welcome Molly. I guess you like dogs? I love dogs----my Welsh Corgi rides with me in the truck all over the US.

What are you building for a rifle? I am not very knowledgeable myself, but I agree, there is a wealth of information and knowledge available here.

By the way, my wife is not so into long range shooting, but she loves to shoot pistol and AR-15 in 5.56. She wants to shoot my 338LM build next time we get to the range. It makes it especially nice that she is interested in shooting, too.

Well since I'm guilty of getting you here let me be the first to welcome you.

Guys, this woman has the FEVER, and is putting together what I hope is going to be one badass AR project. Once the key components get delivered I'm hoping to get her to post her progress in the semi-auto rifles area. She's a fricken SPONGE for information and I only have so much, which is why I recommended she come here, because I truly believe that THIS forum has the most knowlegeable and helpful shooters as members.

Thank you Uncle Sniper and I have a RRA LAR-15 Fred Eichler Edition. Yes I do love my four legged friends and Molly was my last K9 I worked with an awesome partner! I agree that is IS nice to have someone to go shooting with another reason I came to the board.

I have a lot of respect for K-9's, whether in LEO, or Military situations. Dogs in general have not been called man's best friend for nothing.
