Ya know, I would so send them a bill for the cost of the fuel and man hours. People get billed for alarm drops and ambulance calls why not for this?

And when they get that 10,000$ or more bill they'll wish they'd have grabbed a couple of sticks and used their t-shirts to make a stretcher to carry him out.

The people for taking the dog out there or the rescuers for not telling them to kill the dog and walk home.
