Been a lurker here for a year or 2 and have recently become a little more active. Chose to invest a little more time here because the folks I see on here are supportive and informative.

I have been shooting in a little different long range group with BPCR (black powder cartridge rifles) shooting targets out to 1000+ with old single shots, lead bullets I cast myself and iron sights.

I recently tore my old 270 Savage apart and have been in the process of upgrading it to a 6.5-06, new boyds stock, and a Vortex PST gen 2 scope. I'm a machinist by trade and do all my own barrel work, wood work, metal work and enjoy DIY projects. If someone else can make this, why can't I.

Anyway, looking forward to finishing my newest LR project and getting it shooter this summer.

I don't. I mostly shoot an air rifle out my back door in the winter. I recently acquired a 6mm-250 with a target barrel I'm hoping to get aquainted with this summer.

I’ve been shooting in a 22lr league at The Range 307 out by the airport. We are in like week 8 out of 12

I went down to Cheyenne last August to shoot at the 600yd range just north of town for a midrange match. Hope to make it down there again this year for one of them.

I shoot out at the range on auto road. We have Steele set up out to 1000. With talks of going to 12 or 1400
