The .com is working faster.

.net is propitating now should all be up soon. It has more to do with your individual internet provider.

Re: New GAP website launches at Noon Today CST.

Well, I guess then, that up here in Canuckia we are still dealing with fence-wire-phone technology. Cause all we get here, is the old site. At 1251 Canuckian Super Time.

Re: New GAP website launches at Noon Today CST.

I now know how the homeless must feel watching "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" from the sidewalk of a TV store.

Egg contest, $999 Rock, M40A1 w/ scope for $4500, who knows what other wonders.

Still can't see the new site.

Thank you Rijndael.

That works, and checking the site out now.

Looks good George and crew...

Re: New GAP website launches at Noon Today CST.

THIS IS AN FYI

People are emailing george actually looking for eggs or circular objects...

when we say easter egg we mean a hidden action or weird funny thing on the site.

so for instance, if you click the GA logo you goto the home page like normal, but if you click right on the cross hairs you get an easter egg.

get it, stuff like that

We have a Winner.

Craig Barnes from Vancuver , BC

Here they all are.

1. Vanilla Ice video in Karey Bruner's photograph (click on "I am a Ninja".
2. Radio in Carlos Vassallo's photograph plays music.
3. clicking Ring produces Gollum in Todd Jackson's photograph.
4. Animation of Jeff Hayes eating stuff out of a dog's ass in his photo (click on his teeth).
5. Pressing on Tim Robert's nose makes his ears wiggle.
6. Touching Rocky the Dog between the ears makes him growl.
7. In the banner "Evolution", with the templar action, the photograph in the background is a scene from Monty Python's Search for the Holy Grail.
8. Clicking on GA Precision Logo makes bullet holes appear

Re: New GAP website launches at Noon Today CST.

Way to go Craig!

George, I'm sending you a 'bug list/typo list' email. Good job. And none of those eggs showed up at all, using firefox. After being told where to click, specifically, I did so, and then the cursor changed to a hand depicting it a 'link'.

Maybe that's the way it was supposed to be, I dunno. Hidden in plain view. Great job, for sure.

Re: New GAP website launches at Noon Today CST.

The home page is coming across a little weird on my computer. The lower left corner says "Jeff Hayes" but shows Matt Hoch's picture. Maybe I need to adjust my resolution.
