New Guy from MI

Hello everyone... new to the forum but not new to firearms. Current LEO/Firearms Instructor/non-active Marine and going to Sniper School in Oct to become part of my Dept's Sniper Team. Had a rifle build last year and went to my 1st precision rifle school last Sept to break it in... been hooked ever since.

Greatest moment so far is hitting steal at 1,000 yds with my .308 running 168gr Hornady TAP ammo.

Look forward to learning and sharing info with everyone here.

Sounds good Rich, Blue Water is only 45min from me... I've taught several handgun/carbine classes there. I've also been up to MTC in Lake City to use their 100-1,000 KN/UNK yrd range.

I'll check my schedule and see if any of the guys from SRT want to go.

Welcome aboard Marine. I grew up in Royal Oak & now live in South Carolina so I am at a loss for places to shoot in Michigan.
