Hi, I'm 59 and my work has brought me to live in El Paso, previously I was living in San Angelo. I love to deer hunt and had a nice area to do so in San Angelo only 15 minutes from my house. Now that I have been in El Paso a few weeks I am aware that deer hunting will not be so simple. From what I have gleaned, and with the planning and cost of hunting deer in the area (to include New Mexico) I will probably be driving back to San Angelo for deer hunts. So my mission for joining the hide is to see if I could get some advice on local (to include New Mexico) varmint/hog hunting to fill the void between deer season, but especially hog hunting. Any specifics and info in this regard would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
