Suppressors New knife...you'll bleed just looking at it!

I had one of these a long time ago, and I loved it, but my brother wanted it bad and he was off to live in Thailand so I let him take it. I recently got the itch for one again, and got in touch with Tom Kyle, the maker. He invited me up to his shop as I'm local to him, and we had a great chat. Well, I left with this baby, and I'm ordering another tomorrow. Tom makes some great knives, and he's a real cool guy who's very generous with his time. And, the price is really good for a custom knife at half this quality. This thing is fit and finished nice! I snapped these while I was bored today. Wait till you guys see the next one I'm having built....it's even sweeeeeeeter looking!!

Nice, the liner lock looks stout, rather than being a cheesy afterthought. Wouldn't mind having something like that for a pocketknife, with a straight blade and no finger ring.

He will make it with a straight blade ( utility model ), but the finger ring is a key point in the design of a karambit. It's what makes it what it is.

That's a 'Bengal' karambit from CRKT.
They are no longer in production, but Tom Kyle will make one.

It's based on the 'Raven', a custom design by Reese Weiland. Reese will also make one for you.

Here's a Bengal I once had, the limited edition with blue annodized scales. The pocket clip is reversible - I had it set up for right-hand carry.

Here's the custom version from Reese, this with a damascus blade.
