Well my build is on its way. Got the manners T5 in coyote tan today. Just mocked it up for a pic, but waiting for a barrel and then its off to GAP.

And FYI Manners was really great to deal with! Got the stock early (in about 3 1/2 weeks), and they are very easy to get ahold of for any questions. I give them two thumbs up!

Someone talk me into getting the badger M5 DBM for this rifle! They goofed and forgot to open the channel for it, and now I am thinking maybe I should just save the money ($345 for the badger) and keep the stock floor plate.
I'm sure manners will fix the problem if I let them know. Just not sure about whether or not I really need it.

Put on the M5 when you are having it built so you wont have to go back and do it at a later time, you wont regret having a mag system on your gun.

Yup, its a aluminum chassis installed in the body of the stock. Barreled action bolts right in like a AICS chassis and takes AICS mags, but in a stock that people that don't like AICS's can dig.

Can't believe I didn't see that. Thought I had poured thru the website but that missed my attention. Will call on monday and see if they will do that for me. Are you thinking that chassis will bypass the need for a bedding job?

3-1/2 weeks?? Holy cow... I guess I should have ordered one of these. Mine is going to be 12-16 weeks. It is going to be HOT outside when I finally get mine!!

The heat is part of the reason why I left Texas to move to Colorado. I love the mountains and the low humidity!! I am back in Texas right now to visit my new granddaughter, and it is HOT and HUMID here!!
It was 29 degrees with 4 inches of snow on the ground when I left Colorado. Other than my granddaughter being here, I would much rather be there!!

Nice set-up.
Manners can install the chassis system in your stock. Its a great system, I would have gone with that system but I had a couple DBM laying around so I figured I would use what I have.

I think you are going to like your rifle when you finish.I have a T5A on mine which was finished a couple months ago.The stock has a really great feel to it. I also went with their chassis system which is very nice.
