I have been kicking around the idea of a 22 Production build. I am thinking a CZ 457 AT-ONE with a DNT TheOne scope. What seems to be the go to for rifle and scope for this division?

I'd opt for the 457 MTR over the at-one, and maybe an Arken sh4j 6x24x50 to make it under MSRP...check that the combined combo whatever you choose falls under the $1600 MSRP, not street price.
I’d definitely go with the DNT scope. Never heard anyone say “I have too much scope”. lol The glass is excellent for the price point and it has a good reticle. MSRP is $699.
As to the rifle, that would come down to what you like and what would be under $900 MSRP. Both the At One and MTR are under $900 MSRP so either will work depending on your needs and barrel length you want.
Didn't mean to imply it's an issue, I run an xtr pro 5.5x30 on mine...but never crank it past 15x in a match. Didn't think the DNT would make msrp, and somebody new to the game can get in trouble quickly using too much available magnification...eye relief, eye box, fov and dof will all be better the lower the magnification.I use a 7-35 MK4 on my RimX and have zero issues with the magnification
Yes, msrp is for rifle and optic only. arca, cheek piece if needed, bipod, scope rings, mounts all allowed outside of the msrp limit.I just want to be sure a Cz mtr and dnt scope will meet under the 1600? Are you allowed to add an arca rail?
But I can run a weighted arca? Not if you want to stay in base class, internal weights are not allowed.
Correct, because they are mounted to the rail. you can not cut your stock to mount the rail but you can drill mounting holes. I sent an email to NRL22 support about that to clarify and they said that sanding the bottom of the stock to make it flat before screwing a rail on would make it an open class gun. while it is ok to bed your action, I would recommend against bedding any t-nuts you use to mount your arca rail so that if you were ever questioned at a match(i think this only happens if you win a big one) you could take it apart and show that you are within the rules. But I can run a weighted arca?
you have to go by MSRP, not MAPI bought a 457 mtr and an Arken EP5 for Christmas as a base class rifle build. MSRP was $849 and $599 according to both manufacturers in December. Now CZ has the rifle at $899 and Arken has the EP5 at $630 so my base class rifle is now open in NRL22 but not in PRS. I'm not sure if the 12 month grace period thing works out for me or not but I'm looking for a $30 cheaper MSRP scope.
Where do you find $839.99? I've for the EP5 5-25x56 mil vpr fwiw.you have to go by MSRP, not MAP
which is $839.99 per the Arken website
DNT would be $699.99
edit, so you would be good with an MTR and a DNT

Also the DNT is too expensive. Has to be 600 MSRP or less to make it into NRL base class, the DNT could make PRS rimfire production class though
It's just annoying that in December my build qualified for base class with the 2025 rules and both msrp's went up so now it's out. If either one had stayed the same then I would be able to run my setup.Sorry I was looking at the 7-35 EP5, which is what I ran at nationals
if you want to shoot an MTR in base and production, you'll be either running the SH4 or the old Bushnell match pro
