New Rifles

Here is a few pics of my newest additions. They are a Steyr SSG Match heavy barrel 7.62x51 and a Finnish Nagant 28-76 7.62x54R (.308 bore) which is actually my brothers but since he cant load I will get to play with it more than him. I am very much looking forward to getting to the range over the holidays to try them out. As good as I hear the Finn is I think the Steyr will be the winner of the range day. Dear friend had just received a real nice 29/76 just before he passed on so we didn't get to play around with it but he loved his Finn's and gave me the bug along the way. Good luck and I think you will like the Finn's too.

I know the Finn stuff is intriguing. I am waiting on an antique M39 which should be here Monday.

Sadly I had to sell most of my Finn's but of the few I did keep was a 28/30. These are a dream to shoot.

I think the Steyr win..

The SSG Match were testfired in a machine rest at the factory and had to put a 10 shot group inside 7.5cm@300m in the first try to pass.. That's 3"@330yds.
