So it has come to my attention the 800 series handguns made by taurus are making available the 822lr kits with the purchase of any of the 800s for an aditional fee of course or you can buy just the pt 822 by itself. Problem is that eveywhere I look no one has one or has had one or even knows how to get one. What's going on with that?

Website shoes the 822's as discontinued and the 822 BLS Kit also discontinued. The 822 Kit B is listed as new.

Those bastards! I just got off the phone with them and they said they have yet to determine if they are going to release it or not. Why have it listed as a new product if you don't know for sure if your going to release it?
