Rifle Scopes New to me SWFA 20x42, Mils or MOA?

So i just received an SWFA scope that is fixed 20 power x 42 objective. It doesnt say anywhere on it if it is MOA or MIL adjustment.

I think the MIL scope says "1/4 MIL" on the turrets. My turrets just have arrows showing impact up and impact right.

Can anybody confirm this?

Mils are in tenths
Moa in quarter inch

A picture would help us too. But as crow stated, if it says 1/4 then it is most likely MOA. 1/10 would be mil.

Thats the problem, it doesn't say anything. I know what mil and moa is.

Because if it was mil the turrets would only go to 5. Those go to 15 in one rotation. 3.46ish MOA in one mil.

Count the lines between the 3 and 4,theres 3 ,so its 1/4 MOA

Because moa is always 1/4 minute of angle and mil radians are 1/10.... moa is a US Standard unit of angular measure(1/60 of a degree) vs mil being a mil radian.

1 mil = 3.438 moa
or .29 mil = 1 moa

...so
.1 mil = .3438 moa
or .073 = .25 moa

Mil is NOT metric. It is a mil radian. MOA is not metric. It is a minute of angle.
