Welcome! I'm sure someone here can help you with the mind set techniques of shooting. I keep it simple! My mind controls my body. If I control my mind I will have focus!
Welcome, look in the marksmanship pages. Stuff like that also gets thrown in when referring to particular platforms, so you may find answers under "semi auto" for instance. And search here either works stellar or sucks, mostly sucks IME. Lots of good guys on here that will help you shoot better, buy you gotta have a tough skin to hang out on here. I find the crowd here to be unique of all internet forums, to say the least. No mall cops shit.
I don't know, in a nutshell, be calm and follow through and practice fundamentals with each shot. It becomes muscle memory over time with practice, and then it just looks like magic to those that can't do it. In a nutshell.
