Hi, I am new to the Hide and thought I would log in and say Hi. I am from Sheboygan,WI and love to shoot when I get a chance. I am a Veteran who served 12 Years in the Army as an MP but had to leave the service on disability. I have had some limited training in long distance shooting and completed an FBI range master course back in the early 80's.
I recently bought a Savage 10 FCP-K in 308, mounted a SWFA SS 10x42 scope on a 20 moa base. I have not had a chance to fire it yet, but I hope to this weekend if the weather is clear in Wyoming. Any way I own several firearms 8 hand guns, 2 shotguns, and 3 long guns. I like to reload for all my handguns but have not done any rifle loads yet. It seems to be a whole new ball game to me in that area. Enough rambling on. Here are some pics of my Savage and my CMMG/Stag AR-15.

Welcome to the Hide. This place has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Somebody will know the answer to even the most obscure questions you could have about the fine art of precision shooting. Nice sticks, btw.

The Savage is brand new with only 20 rds thru it. The AR is about 5 years old and it has eaten over 3000 rds of .223 and close to 4000 .22's

Some of you guys must have been some real screw ups in the service and in life to have formed such an opinion of MP's.

Must be all the beers yer swiggin down while sitting in mama's basement playing on the computer. Get a job and get a life losers.

A MP tried to arrest me one time but I juked him out and took his weapon. I then threw him the back of his patrol car and locked him in. He was so embarrassed that he never told anyone what happened and made up some story about how he got back there and lost his weapon.

DAMN... I'm new here too, and I haven't seen a beat down like that in a while.... Way to call down the fire unforgiven826... Well guess I better get back to my basement... FREE RENT = MORE AMMO!!!!
