New to the Hide.

New Member from North Dakota. Been looking to get back into shooting and finally picked up a cheap Mosin Nagant to shoot. I know it aint much, but its all I could do right now.

I see alot of good info on here and hope to learn alot.

This site it full of great info, never seems to end! A lot of guys will give you solid advice. Word of advice before you post random questions use the Snipers hide Google search engine can be found on the right side of the screen or can send you the link if need be. That way you dont bring up a topic that has been talk about countless times before. More then likely can answer majority of questions that way. With that said dont be afraid to ask questions just do your own Homework first, it'll go a long way on this site.

Welcome once again, you can beat this site. You will become addicted though. Also word of caution before you know the little money you have will be gone but you'll have some great gear. Just a very expensive hobby!!

I have been using the search function alot lately. lol. You are right, most questions I have had are all answered.

And I know how money goes with hobbies. Money never stays around for long. lol.

Thanks for the welcomes Guys.

I was able to take the Mosin out to shoot today for the first time. For the first time owning an older gun it was great. No problems.

I do need to get a scope setup on it. My eyes are bad enough that I can barely see the small stuff we were shooting at on the 100yd targets.

The only complaint I have is that the only shooting range I have access really sucks. It only has a max of 100yds for rifle, and it is trashy. garbage all over, target boards shot to hell, and empty shells just laying whereever. Honestly it looks more like a garbage dump than a shooting range.
