I have one of the TS 5-25 scopes with the JVCR (MIL) reticle. I received the scope as a gift, and have no experience with any other USO products.
The good: glass is decent, but exhibits a little purplish CA above about 18 power. I really like the reticle (even though it sounds like a 1990s piece of electronic equipment). Form factor and weight are nice - it is a fairly trim scope. Includes scope caps from the factory as well as an inspection test sheet showing that it passed their spec. Tracking out to 600yd with my 6.5 R700 has been spot on. The parallax goes down really close, like 10yd IIRC, so it would be good for a .22lr in this regard.
The bad:
I wish the turrets were 10mil/rev. This scope has 5mil/rev turrets. Turrets are a little mushy, but clicks are still fairly distinct. Made in China, if that bothers you.
The ugly:
There are no revolution indicators on the elevation turrets. No horizontal lines, nothing to tell you which rev you are on. The parallax turret on mine seems to rotate past the lowest setting. Not sure if this is a defect.
If I hadn't been given this optic as a gift, I probably would have bought something else like a Bushnell LRTSi. It is not a bad scope, but the lack of rev indicator and 5mil turrets are bothersome to me. I most likely will sell it or put it on a .22.
Hope this helps.
