I tend to agree that the universal background check wont get reversed, but I dont think the sheriffs would argue over the Constitutional Carry here.. Some 98% of Virginia counties voted to become 2nd amendment sanctuaries, and the sheriffs were in on it most everywhere. The sheriff of Culpepper Co. just to my north promised to deputize every man and woman in the county. If you look that county even added 'additional measures'. I got corrected on another forum, by a fellow who moved here from RI, for saying its all the damn 'Yankee'
