Rifle Scopes New Vortex 4-16 PST FFP

Finally came !! We got this one mounted and hope to head out Wednesday to get a 200 yard zero and get ready to head to Rayners 1000 yard range Thursday to get settings for all his targets.

Scope is much better than I hoped but when you have been used to using a $275.00 pistol scope this is like a Rolls Royce. Crystal clear optics with a to dream for reticle. Clicks on the turrets are super positive. Eye relief is about 4" but we back off till we get about half a field of view anyway so that isn't a factor for us. Will try to give a much more detailed report after range day. I should have mine tomorrow for my XP so both me and son will be testing and combining results for a writeup based on how we will be using them.

more info needed, lets see the reticle at different mags. how does it do with adjustments etc???

From my review a year ago, pic are a little crummy do to my camera not the glass, pst is the top line. Test pic of the pst4-16 ffp, Nightforce 3.5-15 and a pre mk4 3.5-10x40 m3 (football mildot), that m1k3 combined for me on my viper pst post. 1000 yard line. Steel is left to right 36", 24", 12" on the other side of the wall a life size prairie dog and full size ipsc target.
