Newbie completed rifle build

I have been shooting for many years but just recently decided to get into long range shooting. I started from scratch to build a rifle sub $1,000 and it is finally complete. Here are some details and pics. Let me know what you think. Getting a reloading setup is the next project. I guess it is a never ending hobby.
Remington 700 SPS Tactical (used) - $450 (bipod included)
Bushnell Elite 3200 10x40 Mil-Dot - $180
Leupold 20MOA base, rings, and BC flip ups - $70
B&C Medalist A3 stock (used) - $160
EGW bolt knob - $25
