Newbie Getting Into Long Range Shooting

Hello everyone. Been shooting for 45 years. All types of shooting. I'm now building a 700 aac-sd for some 400-600 yard shooting. Installed a Magpul Hunter stock, Viper PST 6-24x50 scope and an Atlas BT10 bipod. Looking forward to having discussions about firearms and the sport of shooting.

Welcome to Sniper's Hide, Jim. If you've been shooting for 45 years, this long range stuff, especially 400-600 yards should be no problem. Still, there is a lot of good information here to be had.
