Think that's bad? Take a look at what goes on in the inside of Wal-Marts here in CA when Black Friday hits! Thank God for Cyber Monday where we all can sit on our asses in front of our computers and sperg out on all the deals online in the comfort of our own homes and gnawing on leftover Thanksgiving food without fear of being clubbed upside the head by an angry mom who's mad that you took the last Pokemon toy.

Awww.....hell, that's just the 405 out in front of LAX. It's always like that.......

(Try getting to the C&O Trattoria at the Venice pier in the middle of summer sometime......nightmare. Wintertime, much easier, very worthwhile.

Thanks for the tip. California may be wierd but they eat at a higher quallity than anywhere I know of. I dont know if Ill get to Venice but if youre in San Diego try 'Blue Water' Seafood. Down near the airport it looks like a dump and is mostly a fish market, but hot damn, they know how to grill a fish. Most highly recommended.

OH. MY. GOD........Never even knew.....
Damnit, I have been driving right past the Bluewater for the last 6 or 7 years, on my way to Old Town, which is right off the Washington street exit. Shitski. Next time I'm in Sunny Dayglo, I'm going to forego Cafe Coyote (Mex) and hit up the Bluewater. 787 Yelp reviews, 4.6 Stars. Shit, I'm in. Thank You, you are a gentleman and a scholar!

(When in East Anaheim/Yorba Linda, check out "Baci Italian Restaurant" (used to be called Baci di Forenzi) on Lakeview Drive, owned by Vittorio Severino. Great guy, restaurant, food and staff. The staff has not changed in the 6 years I have been going there. My go to Italian restaurant when in that neighborhood).

Another San Diego fave is The Sand Crab. Located in an industrial park in Escondido. A "locals only know about it" place. Real good chow, mostly steamed, ordered by the lb, and dumped on the butcher paper covered table with corn, potatoes and andouille sausage. Good stuff...
