Rifle Scopes Nf 4-20 vs nf n8 4-32

Looking for a new scope for a new hunting build. Kicking around these 2 scopes. Can you guys give me some pro and cons between the 2? I haven’t ran a nf in about 20 years.

A con for the 4x32 is the length of 13.4”. I guess it depends on the type of hunting and the terrain.

I'd take the 4-20 if the weight penalty doesn't bother you. It has better glass, better eyebox and FAR better depth of field.

I recently looked through a nx8 2.5-20 and a nx8 4-32 at my local sporting goods store and I got to tell you I was very impressed by both. The only turn off for me on the nx8 was lack of locking turrets. How far you planning on taking shots ?

I have the 2.5-20x NX8, great scope, only thing worth note is with FFP that is a tiny reticle on low power. The illumination helps with that though.
