Rifle Scopes Nf atacr 7-35

So my ATACR 7-35 MIL C shows up on Tuesday.
really looking forward to getting it mounted and too the range next wknd.
those of you that are running one what are your thoughts? This is my first NF scope. My primary optic on my match rifle was a gen 2 razor so im hoping this is going to be a nice upgrade. I have 0 complaints about the razor just wanted something different. Really like the .2 MIL marks on the NF mil c reticle.
that being said what do you guys like/dislike about the 7-35

Shot with mine twice now. Picked it up because traded my 5-25 F1mil-r for a nice plrf10. So far great, love the power range - mil-c reticle is perfect in my book

Replaced my S&B on my AI AT...it is a jewel. Little finicky with parallax but after the tip I got here; it was easy to set up and I love the reticle.

How does it compare to the PM II? Or is it just as good?

I like it better as a whole. The clarity is excellent even in low light (no pun intended). Different color balance as well but it is really nice.

The turrets and the reticle are what I really like. The turret visibility is superb compared to the DT turrets. They are easier to turn which initially was a concern but it was unfounded. They don't move if you don't want them to move. They have excellent feel as well.

The MiL-C reticle is outstanding. 0.2 mil gradation is fantastic. Makes holding over a pleasure compared to my GenII XR and I loved that reticle and still do. The 35X is nice as well when I am doing bullseye shooting at distance. Some have said it is too thick at 35X but I don't find that to be the case at all.

Not to push thread off topic but I have not handled one of these much, I do have a BEAST and glass is awsome. I am looking at a scope for ELR and I am sure glass is up to par I have read that many times, but my one concern is the turrets. Where NF has not went the route of Rev indicator like kahles or S&B and knowing I may be dialing into second turn often is the turret marked well enough where cap goes to a mark on turret when in second turn? I know a lot of these are out there and maybe its a non-issue but once you have a Rev indicator it is sure nice to have a visual confirmation!

I have a 7-35 and in my opinion it is very easy to figure out where you are in the turns, just a simple line on the body that becomes exposed as the turret cap goes up.

Something else that has not been mentioned is how much elevation travel these scopes really have. The one I have has 126MOA!!! Which I think is outstanding considering the magnification and the fact that they're claiming 100MOA. I can dial to 1500yd on a 24" 6.5 creed with a flat rail on it.

I have really enjoyed mine, I have a Gen2 Razor as well and I have a hard time saying the NF is an upgrade, especially a $1000.00 upgrade. That said the 7-35 is a really nice scope and the Mil-C is a nice upgrade over the Mil-R for me.

I too have the razor gen 2.
while I haven't had a chance to get to range with the NF yet. Looking through it at home it's hard to justify the 1000$ jump in price. But by no means am I saying I'm not happy with it the razor is just that good lol.
Friday I will be able to get them side by side at the range for a better comparison

I have owned / still own all three. If you are looking for a good light weight dual purpose scope ie hunting/comp scope the AMG fits the bill perfectly. AMG has great glass and great turrets but it kind of feels like a toy compared to the other two.
The NF is a great comp / ELR scope I am still getting to know mine. Initial impression is the glass is a little better than the Razors, turrets not as good, weight is better.
Gen 2 Razor in my opinion would be the perfect scope if they could get the weight down in the 30-35oz range. I run my Gen 2 on a DTA so the weight isn’t a huge deal but there are some rifles that I would definitely want a lighter scope on.
I personally don’t think you could go wrong with which ever you choose.

Weight is a non issue for me. As I only shoot comps.
reticle, glass, turrets are most important to me.
that being said
I like the razors clickless zero better then the NF, turrets are a push I don't see much difference maybe slight edge to the NF just because I like the .5 MIL marks on the turrets.
slight edge in glass to the NF
reticle again is a push I like the .2 MIL marks on the Mil C but I'm also very happy with the ebr2c reticle.
all in all you won't go wrong with either scope.
I'm very happy with both.

edit: I'm talking razor hd ii 4.5-27 vs NF ATACR 7-35
my experience with the AMGis extremely limited not enough to pass judgement

I own two gen ii Rzr, one gen i rzr, k624i LSW, and now 7-35 ATACR tremor3.

The 7-35 ATACR does exactly what all the other scopes do except it has more magnification. That’s really it. I typically use my scopes at 15x for the PRS/NRL style shooting. I want to throw it on my 22lr for my next NRL22 match lol. That close parallax adjustment will help.
At the end of the day it wasn’t worth the price and I’m not going to justify the price to make myself feel better. I’m not getting rid of the scope I’m just never going to buy another one at the price I paid and it was discounted too. The fact that it tunnels at 7x-10x is annoying and yes I dial down to 7x for target acquisitioning. But other than that I like the scope. I even like the busy tremor3 ret. I wouldn’t mind checking out a 5-25x with a tremor3 or H59 for comparison purposes.

I chose NF F1 5-25 eventually. It’s kind of golden standard for me (I mean 5-25/6-24 magnification).
7-35 nf, 5-45 s&b, 5-40 march and etc.....maybe for paper targets? In short, everything depends on tasks.
