I was very anxious today to see if the bedding job i did on my 700 was going to provide good results, and i can honestly say i am more than satisfied with the results.
shooting pmc silver match 168 gr bthp at first rather than the FGMM i also had, i shot this 3 shot 100 yard group off of sand bags that measured .687 center to center....not bad for a less than superior factory ammo.
Afterwards JP and I shot at a 10" steel target from 525 yards the rest of the time. JP corrected me on a lot of things i was doing wrong that i had no idea i was. Im thankful for having good instruction today for proper shooting technique for i am no expert by any means like many of u gents are.
I also ordered some 175 gr smk's from southwest ammo today hopefully these will get me in the .5 moa range.
