I noticed that with certain rounds using some particularly sticky wax, the die almost pulls the bullet out on its way back. Not a total pull, but the bullet become a little lose after the "cure".
Anyone else noticed it?

Re: Niel Waltz die

Time to clean your die, I have had the same problem. A good cleaning fixed me up, until it needed it again.

Love my Waltz die!!!! Turns OK ammo and guns into Shooters!

Re: Niel Waltz die

No doubt on the die quality, but unfortunately my die is ultra-clean.
I guess it is just the fact that the bullet expands inside the die as a result of the upper pressure, and the wax sticks to the die bore. This, only with certain type of ammos, not with all.
Thought about actually slightly lubing the die bore, but I'm afraid that's going to mess up the bullet's wax.
