Does anyone here have any experience with these PVS-14 scope adaptors?
Do they work or what limitations do they have?

I have one and it works just fine. the only issue you have to overcome is your eye relief since this adds the length of the adapter and your PVS to your scope. if you can mount your scope forward on your rail enough you can make it work.
