As a builder and land developer in Maryland, I know how important customer satisfaction is in building your business. I just received my Armasight Orion 5x generation 1+ Night Vision scope, and after reading the enclosed user manual, I had a few questions. I called your customer service number and spoke with Steve B. Not only did he take the time to answer my questions but explained in detail, how this devise functions. He explained what I should expect and what limitations I should be aware of. The more he told me, the more I learned. He informed me, when I inquired about the expected range of night vision scopes, not to have unrealistic ideas of this devices’ capabilities, but that this sight was very capable of doing what I needed it for.(hunting coyotes). But what impressed me most, was not how well the optics would perform, but the time and energy Steve B. took to listen to my questions, and the way he represented the company he works for. Armasight is very lucky to have such a knowledgeable, courteous, and dedicated employee.
