I'm considering buying a NF ATACR scope and do not have a local shop to go to and look through one, I have searched the web and can only find pics of the Mil-R and was wondering if anyone with a Mil-C reticle might be able to post some pictures of the reticle on max, 10 and min power. If there is a thread already created for this I apologize. I have searched and have not found one.

I appreciate any feedback so thank you. The 4-16 is the mag range I am interested in. Do you feel it is easy to get behind compared to your buddy's vortex, as far as eye box and field of view? I have read reviews but dropping that much coin always makes you pause and second guess.

Also is the Mil-C reticle as thin as your buddy's Vortex? I have been behind the Vortex Razor Gen II 3-18. It's a nice scope I just don't want to go that heavy.

I got behind a 5-25 ATACR with the Mil-C for probably an hour comparing it to my Mark 5 about 3 weeks ago. Very nice reticle, eyebox was very comfortable as well. I loved the reticle honestly. It's just the right thickness at 25x, not overly thick.

Not an apples to apples comparison. But I recently traded an atacr 4-16 with mil-c. I loved the reticle overall.

For my eyes, I now have an AMG and its easier to get behind at 24x than the atacr was at any magnification. Obviously, everyone's eyes are different, so this is subjective.

Good news, if you get a good price on an atacr (or most any high quality optic), you'll won't take a loss (except for time) if you decide its not for you.

10x and 16x. The building is about 250m out.

Any chance could someone post a pic of the Mil-C reticle on low power and one of it illuminated on ow power. Thinking of getting the 4-16 42 Mil-C and use it for hunting. I am deciding between that and the 4-16 50 MOAR.

Do a quick search. Someone did this in the last mil-c thread.
