Rifle Scopes Nightforce NXS to G7 cap conversion?

I would imagine you would have to speak directly with them about that, but I don't see why you couldn't. However...

Why not produce your own drop cards for different density altitudes and your particular load? BDC turrets may get you in the ballpark, but they're far from accurate once you get past 300 yards. Utilizing your own drop cards made for your specific projectile and velocity, and also for your specific density altitude you are at are far more accurate. Check this link for how to perform this: http://www.arcanamavens.com/LBSFiles/Shooting/Downloads/DA/

You can also use an Adaptive FDAC or one of the ACTS/IDB Adaptive Quick Cards if you can find a compatible load found here: http://www.impactdatabooks.com/Adaptive_Quick_Card_AQC_s/149.htm

The G7 turret cap is only for the ZeroStop model. If you had the ZeroStop adjustment on your scope, you could just replace the cap with the G7 Ballistic Cap.

For Non-Zero Stop BDC caps, look at Kenton Industries.

There is also someone making mylar laminated tape strips that are printed with your ballistic data. They are reusable as well as come in several DA's (density altitude).

Check with Kenton Industries and they make custom turrets for many scopes including NF. I believe they make one with a zero stop option but could be mistaken. I have ordered several sets and they are of high quality with good customer service.
