Clearly you only attempt to recreate one type, prone... all on your terms.
Good Luck with that... </div></div>
I did not realize I was attempting anything. All this time I thought I was only shooting because it was fun. I did not realize I was recreating anything. </div></div>
I would hope so. I thought only girls were suppose to smell good the more clothes you peel off.
BTW: I am pretty sure Hatchcock used mismatched knobs/rericle. I think equipment and set up can be way over rated sometimes. Notice I said "sometimes".
I heard CH once made a ~850 yard hit on his first shot (he aimed for the bike) using his own modified mount on a standard M2 MG while using surplus ammo.

The story about the .50 cal comes from a true incident which happened while he was on MP rotation. He was posted in a bunker on a hilltop overlookind a rice paddy, and the assigned weapon for that position was a Mk 2 .50 cal machine gun. Just for kicks, he mounted the scope from his sniper rifle on the upper receiver, and a short time later he saw a Vietnamese teenager wheeling a bicycle loaded down with AK-47s across the paddy dike. Using the .50 cal and his scope, he fired off one round and blew off the front tire of the bike. The kid was knocked flying, and when he got up he grabbed an AK and started shooting. Since he was now officially a combatant, Hathcock took aim and fired another single round, killing the VC with a single shot. The distance was measured out to be 2,500 feet, a record which stood until 2002 when a Canadian army team bested it.
maybe it goes to talking like you have a clue...
You're like an onion, the more you peel back, the more it stinks. </div></div>
