Has anybody had any luck with N.F. lately? Phone contact or e-mail? It would be nice to get my scope fixed, I thought I was buying into good service. Oh well.

Leave a message. From my xp it takes 2-3 days to get a call back. If they ask you to send it in for inspection, push for them to pay shipping/send you a label..

WOW!!!! two weeks????? That sucks, there machine would be full right now. You spend the big bucks for above average service, and have to put up with that? Sorry bro, hope it works out for you.

That's not exactly confidence inspiring. I knew they were behind but I would be livid if I dropped that kind of money and didn't get a response for two weeks.

What is wrong with your scope?

Two weeks from what? when you left the message? Or write the Email?
I have never had a problem getting in touch with their CS. Everytime I leave a message they call right back within a day.

I didnt get mine from you but could you call for me? I've been trying to get intouch with them as well. I would like to send my NSX in for a reticle conversion.

Hmmm I called a week or so ago and got CS right away. I also asked about some reticle and turret mods but they are not taking scopes in for modifications until September. See the factory conversions link:

I am some what confused at these responses to C.S., some have no trouble, yet others, like me, are having trouble getting through. While I admit that I do not have a major issue, my elevation turret feels like opening a jar of peanut butter, while my windage knob snaps into detent as it should. No matter what the problem is, I expect some help here. The scope was made in 10-2010 I'm shooting it this summer when I realise that it should snap into position. N.F. are you out there?

I must say, Tod from N.F. jumped on my posting like white on rice, thank you Tod. While I have had difficulty getting through initially, the support showed like the cavalry, as I have said before, all I'm talking about is the elevation turret spinning like the lid on a jar of Fluff n' Nutter, no huge deal. I would like to thank N.F. & Tod for reaching out so quick, as I didn't intend to malign their C.S., I was just curious if anyone else was in the same boat. I know they are busy, and their product is THE BEST.

From my experience with NF that is their "company philosophy" take care of the customer and deliver a superior product. It seems to me they will allow nothing less, there is a lot of pride taken in each persons job and it shows. But keep in mind its a small company that has a lot of customers out there, so sometimes you have to leave a message. That is why I will always have at least 1 NF in my safe.
