From my experience with NF that is their "company philosophy" take care of the customer and deliver a superior product. It seems to me they will allow nothing less, there is a lot of pride taken in each persons job and it shows. But keep in mind its a small company that has a lot of customers out there, so sometimes you have to leave a message. That is why I will always have at least 1 NF in my safe.
