Nikon M-308 BDC 800

Re: Nikon M-308 BDC 800

I haven't used that exact one, but have extensively used their Buckmasters and Monarch lines of scopes and find that they are pretty good scopes. I think with what the M308 has to offer it would work perfect on your setup.

I looked into both the M-223, and M-308, but have you noticed that there are no user reviews that mention how well the rapid action turrets work?

Speaking of "rapid action turrets," How do they work? I mean, I get the windage and elevation, but trying to get some instruction on how the turrets actually work, what they do, and how to operate them is a mystery to me. Amazingly, Nikon offers no instruction on the use of these. I have the scope mounted and ready to sight in, but I would like to have some detail on how the turrets work. Anyone wishing to instruct me would be appreciated.
