Rifle Scopes Nikon Tactical KG002025 4-16x50 Scope- Need info

Need help finding manual & info on this scope- Nikon has NO manuals listed on website for this scope;

We have mounted this scope on three rifles and cannot adjust to shoot less than 250 yards with 20 MOA Piccatiny rails. all suggestions appreciated

I have the manual that came with my scope, it is a KG001378 4-16-50 SF, I've had it for about 8 years. Looking at my original paper manual compared to the current manual online, there are only minor differences.

click on the squarish picture that says "manual" to see the current one online, like I said there are only minor differences like the objective tube diameter is now 58mm instead of 56mm.

My manual says the maximum elevation and windage adjustments are 50MOA, which is unchanged from the Monarch X manual online. I have it mounted on a 20moa rail and zeros just fine, both on my rem 700 and my surgeon. From your description, the scope is faulty or broken. They have a lifetime warranty, I think you should send it in and have it fixed.
